SkyStamp is licensed, not sold, for personal use on Apple devices you own or control.
License grant
emonster, Inc. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use SkyStamp for personal, non-commercial use, subject to Apple’s App Store terms.
Restrictions
Except where applicable law allows it, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive SkyStamp source code.
Ownership
SkyStamp software, interface, branding, graphics, bundled content, and related materials are owned by emonster, Inc. or its licensors. Rights not expressly granted are reserved. Airline names and marks belong to their respective owners; selectable themes do not imply affiliation or endorsement.
Apple
This agreement is between you and emonster, Inc., not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support and is a third-party beneficiary of this license.
